Hello ladies! today post is glitter, you might think this was an easy choice but it wasn't, not when you are addicted to glitter polishes and it's so hard to choose one. I decided to go with one of my first and favorite glitter polishes, China Glaze's Dorothy Who? (I love the Wizard of Oz <3), but the polish wasn't glittery enough so I added a couple of layers of OPI Gone Gonzo and one coat of Fairy Dust. Take a look: Isn't it pretty? I also took a pic on the shade so you can see the kind of glitter madness that is going on in my nails. Thank you so much for reading this and leaving your comments, it means a lot.

My Polish Tawny: Nail Art By Tawny Hello! After 3 days of fighting with my internet provider my service is back, yey! I think today's nails are the design I'm most proud of since it's all freehand and it was not planned at all, I just picked 3 polishes that looked good together a black Sharpie and ran off to work. Check it out: For this design I used all OPI, Fiercely Fiona, Who the Shrek are you? and Oh So Glam! If you haven't yet, go check out my friends designs:

I'm so mad I had two miss a few days from the challenge because my stupid internet service was down. I feel like I fail my new year's resolution of posting everyday :( I did do my nails and took pics thou so I'm posting my last two designs late. The first one was flowers, I did something simple. I used Orly Rock-it as base color and I stamped it with China Glaze Passion and Konad plate M73 Now, for the delicate print I used a random purple from a brand called Lola, it does not have a name just a number and Color Club Worth the Risque and the Shany stamping plate SH20 And that is it. Hopefully I'll be able to post my tribal nails later on today. In the meantime check my ladies nails for today:
Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Tawny: Nail Art By Tawny Hi everyone! I was afraid I wouldn't have time to make a post for today. Luckily I already knew what I wanted to do and left the things ready to wake up today and do my nails in half an hour before going to work. For today I wanted to do something really simple that I saw on Nails Magazine but never actually sat down and tried. I used Hits Speciallita Number 207 as base and Forever 21 Love and Beauty in Charcoal which is my fav black so far. The pink is less orangey in real life but the light wasn't the best since it was so early in the morning. Sorry for that.
Now let's check what my ladies did for their stripey manis today: Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Tawny: Nail Art By Tawny Hello! Today's challenge was great for me, sponging your nails is such a fun disaster. There were so many options for gradient nails, glitter, different tones of the same color... I chose holographic. I used OPI Alpine Snow as base and sponged my nails with Milani Hi-Res and added Color Club Wild At Heart at the tips to make it more dramatic. I'm really digin' this gradient nails and it's something I've never tried before which is another perk of doing the challenge: Stepping out of your comfort zone.
You must visit my lovely ladies blog to check their gradient nails: Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish And the newest member of our little group, miss @Tawny_Tawknee_ (follow her on twitter) and visit her blog here. Hi guys! It's already day 9, one of my favorite of the whole challenge, Rainbow Nails. I spent the last few days trying different stuff to do for today and nothing seems to be good enough so I went back to basics and did a rainbow plain and simple. I used 7 different glitter polishes, some masking tape and a lot of patience and I fell in love with the results: Doesn't it remind you of Rainbow Brite's socks? That's all I think about when I look at my nails. Here's is the list of polishes I used in case you want to try this at home: Now my favorite part of the challenge, checking out my friends manicures for today.
Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Hi lovelies! Can you believe it's already day 8? Can't believe I've been posting for 8 days straight now, yey! For today I had two specific polishes I wanted to use and I couldn't make up my mind so I'll have a 2X1 post today. The first polish is from the LA Girl Metallics collection from a few years back, I found them last year at my local beauty supply and I was hooked. In this pictures I have Iron Red on, check it out: Now, my second choice was OPI Designer De Better from the Muppets Collection so I mixed them both in a design. Thank you soo much for reading, I've been having so much fun doing this challenge and chatting with all of you on twitter. Now I'm off to eat my pizza for lunch and read what my friends did for today.
Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Hello everyone! For today I have a really simple but cute mani with the Black and White colors. As a base I used my favorite white of all time Orly Au Champagne, if you don't have it, you NEED, trust me. For the stamping I used the Konad special polish. What do you think of my Dalmatian manicure? Now that you've read this check out my ladies manis for today. I already checked them and they are amazing! Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Hi ladies! Today's color of choice: violet/purple, one of my favorite colors to wear and a hard one to chose cause I have quite a few purple polishes. There will be no stamping in today's post because I have a polish that it's gorgeous by itself. Introducing London Butter No More Waity Kaity. Some bloggers said the formula was a nightmare and other stuff like that but to me it was fine, maybe I got a good bottle, 3 coats and you are done (which what I normally use with any polish) After these pics I added two coats of my favorite glitter top coat China Glaze Fairy Dust. I'm hoping the sun comes out in the next few days to be able to take better pics.
Now let's go check what my ladies used to paint their nails today: Lindsay: Polish & Diamonds Tiffany: 2thelastdrop Holly: Nail Polish Rehab Nicole: My Nails. My Polish Hello Ladies! Today's challenge included my favorite color, yey. Believe it or not I never wear blue nails I just like them on other people but I was excited to do a design using only blue. As base color I used my favorite light blue, OPI What's With The Cattitude, then I stamped the design with Zoya Breezi and the little dots with China Glaze First Mate and a Shany plate. And that was it for today, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's violet nails. Now head out and check what the other lovely ladies did for their blue challenge:
